Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
